Child-Focused Alignment

When parents and nanny are aligned, but routines and behavior feel chaotic. I spend two days in your home to observe, coach in real-time, and reset the child’s daily flow.

From $10,000

Step 1 - Weekday Observation

I observe a normal school-day flow, from morning routines to after-school transitions, to see how daily life really works, not just the “best version.”

Step 2 - Evening Debrief

Private conversation; reviewing insights, clarifying struggles, and shaping tomorrow’s focus.

Step 3 - Coaching Day

I coach in the moment: language, boundaries, routines. Parents + nanny practice with me on the spot.

Step 4 - Customized Plan

Your go-to reference, the key practices written down for when you need them.

Step 5 - Practice Window
(10-14 days)

You run the plan without me. I’m available for brief questions.

Step 6 - Weekend Observation

Weekends bring change: extra people, less structure, more chaos. I adjust the plan so it works in real life.

Step 7 - Return Coaching
(60-75 min)

We fix what’s still sticky and set your next 2-4 weeks.

(All in NYC. Can be virtual. Fly-in available; client covers travel & 2-day minimum for on-site.)

Parent-Nanny Mediation

When parents and nanny are out of sync, children feel the tension first. Through private intakes and joint sessions, I restore trust and communication.

From $8,500

Start with this package →
Step 1 - Private Intake Calls

Individual calls with parents and nanny. A space to hear each perspective and surface what’s really happening day to day.

Step 2 - Observation Day

I spend a day in the home, observing the flow of daily life, what’s working smoothly, where challenges arise, and how communication shapes the day.

Step 3 - Debrief & Mediation

Together we review what I’ve seen. I mediate conversations, highlight where roles are unclear, and help both sides speak openly. Sometimes this means adjusting routines, redefining duties, or negotiating pay.

Step 4 - Coaching Day

I return to offer support and help improve what still feels difficult.

Step 5 - Household Agreement

You receive a written agreement: who does what, when, and how. Clear, signed expectations reduce stress and restore trust.

Step 6 - Practice Window
(10-14 days)

The family and nanny implement the new plan. I remain available for quick questions.

Step 7 - Return Coaching
(60-75 min)

We revisit what’s working, fix what’s not, and adjust for long-term stability. If deeper issues remain, I may recommend my Caregiver Coaching program.

(All in NYC. Can be virtual. Fly-in available; client covers travel & 2-day minimum for on-site.)

Caregiver Coaching

For families who value their nanny but want higher-level care. And for nannies who want to grow in their role. I coach caregivers to improve communication, initiative, and professionalism.

From $7,000

Start with this package →
Step 1 - Goals Session

We start with a 60-90 minute session to clarify concerns and priorities. This may be with parents, with the caregiver, or both, depending on who is booking. Often the issues are not childcare itself, but communication, initiative, or professionalism.

Step 2 - Caregiver Intake Call

If the booking is made by parents, I connect with the nanny to listen to her point of view, challenges, and needs.

Step 3 - Observation (Optional)

If needed, I observe part of a day to see handovers, updates, and communication flow.

Step 4 - Caregiver Coaching
Session 1

A dedicated session with the caregiver focused on building confidence and skill. I observe, give feedback, and provide the tools she needs to thrive in the role she’s been given.

Step 5 - Caregiver Coaching
Session 2

A follow-up session to reinforce progress. We strengthen what’s working, address areas that still feel challenging, and ensure she’s equipped with strategies to succeed long term.

Step 6 - Practice Window
(10-14 days)

New strategies are put into practice at home. I remain available for brief questions during this time.

Step 7 - Return Coaching
(60 min)

We revisit progress, refine areas that need more support, and ensure the caregiver has tools to move forward. A clear, concise summary is provided to the client (family or nanny) tailored to their unique situation.

(All in NYC. Only in person. Fly-in available; client covers travel & 2-day minimum for on-site.)

Frequently Asked Questions

I support families who want lasting change. Most of my clients are busy professionals or households with complex schedules, where children, parents, and caregivers all need to get back on the same page.

I’m based in New York City and work with many families locally. For families outside NYC, I offer virtual consultations paired with fly-in engagements.

Yes. I offer fly-in consultations by request. Clients cover travel and a 2-day minimum booking requirement for on-site work.

Most packages span 2-3 days of work with a follow-up window. Some families see major changes within a week, while others choose ongoing support for long-term consistency.

Yes. In fact, alignment between parents and caregivers is often where the biggest change happens. I facilitate joint sessions so everyone’s voice is heard and roles are clearly defined.

Every package includes observation, coaching, and a follow-up. If deeper or ongoing support is needed, I offer extended coaching options tailored to your family.

Sometimes caregivers are hesitant, especially if they feel singled out or blamed. I always approach these situations carefully, building trust and making it clear this process is about support, not criticism. If your nanny chooses not to participate, I still provide parents with clear strategies that restore structure and reduce tension in the home. Change is still possible, even if not everyone is ready on day one.
